General Info

  • There is a moderate chance I might decline an order if the character or concept is something I cannot deliver well, this is important because every commission is influenced by my style strengths.
  • I will provide screenshots of WIPs. Minor adjustments are allowed in the early stages, as for major changes, if it wasn't originally included in the reference material and if it will affect the overall composition of the model it may be an additional fee.​
  • You will receive the digital files of the commission. (.fbx, .png textures, and .unitypackage). Please let me know ahead of time if you need a .psd or layers for a particular reason​
  • I will not claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell your project/design for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
  • By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargebacks.
 
If you want to order a model for commercial use, prices are as follow: 
  • 30% of total price - When the artwork is not the bulk of the product (promotional material, social media artwork, business cards, etc; including Vtuber, Twitch, Youtube, store assets...
  • x3 total price - When the artwork is the bulk of the product and you're reproducing or selling it (body pillow, merchandise, t-shirts, etc.)










Copyright / Usage Policy

.If you wish for any images of your commission to not be posted anywhere on the internet it will be an additional charge of a 30% fee of the total price.
  • If by any case you wish to "un-private" that commission in the future (so you can upload it somewhere), you just have to send me a message, however there will be no refunds for the extra private fee.
  • This of course does not include if you are just waiting to reveal the model. If that's the case, I'm fine with keeping the model private for that short time!

Payment Process

  • I will only accept Paypal payments.
  • Paypal payments will only be accepted in USD.
  • I require a deposit to reserve your slot. Deposit must be paid before I start the model. Deposit is $200
  • I will request payment instead of having you send me the payment to avoid accidental transactions.
  • I will add you to my queue list once payment is cleared and details are given.
  • Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission. Please always wait for my instructions first!
  • I will not deliver any product unless payment is fully complete.

Payment methods
 Payment does not need to be made in full, I accept payment options as well!
  1. We can divide the payments in halves. First half paid when I start, second half when I finish.
  2. Or the payments can be made in multiple installments decided by the client. The commission must be paid in full within 4 weeks after commission has been completed.

Work Speed

  • ​Generally the commission will take from a few weeks to a month and a half depending on how complex your request/character(s) are.​
  • I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the model.
  • There is no set deadline for any commission unless specified. 
  • If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date you must let me know. An extra fee may be charged due to giving your commission priority. Rush jobs may require additional fees as well.

Changes

  • Changes to the concept are allowed if I haven't started on your commission yet. All changes must be discussed before the commission is started. Depending on the changes the price may need to be recalculated.
  • Any changes to concept during the commission may affect the price.
  • If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
  • After the product has been delivered, if there are any issues with it in-game or such let me know and I'll try to my best to correct them, you will receive an updated unity package with all the fixes.

Refunds

  • I can refund 100% of the payment if I take more than 3 months without progress OR if I have not started on the commission yet, otherwise it is not allowed. Partial refunds will be considered if started.
  • As I do allow partial payment and payment plans, if for some reason you are not able to complete payment after the model has been started or is already complete, I have the right to repurpose and sell anything that I had completed.
  • If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

ANY STATEMENT CAN BE NEGOTIATED IF DISCUSSED WITH ME PRIOR TO THE COMMISSION.

  1. ​Be honest and responsible customers, only participate in any transaction only if you are able to pay of your own ability (have your own Paypal account/credit card and not use someone else's especially parents' if they're not aware and have not consented). Chargebacks against me due to irresponsible buying, will automatically result to a permanent blacklist.
